天津大學(xué)—新加坡國立大學(xué)福州聯(lián)合學(xué)院(簡稱“聯(lián)合學(xué)院”)由天津大學(xué)、新加坡國立大學(xué)、福建省政府、和福州市政府四方共同建設(shè)。聯(lián)合學(xué)院融合兩校教學(xué)科研優(yōu)勢，致力于建設(shè)成為一所集產(chǎn)學(xué)研用相結(jié)合的世界一流中外合作辦學(xué)學(xué)院，面向未來培養(yǎng)頂尖人才，同時聚焦柔性電子與新興光電子、先進(jìn)化學(xué)制造、能源材料和催化等領(lǐng)域開展戰(zhàn)略性、創(chuàng)新性科學(xué)研究，服務(wù)國家戰(zhàn)略需求和地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。聯(lián)合學(xué)院下設(shè)三個研究中心，分別為柔性與新興光電子中心、先進(jìn)制造中心、能源材料和催化中心。聯(lián)合學(xué)院現(xiàn)有PI 20位（10位來自天津大學(xué)、10位來自新加坡國立大學(xué)），其他教輔人員7人，博士后研究人員26人，博士研究生169人。

崗位職責(zé)
1.負(fù)責(zé)組織編制、審核、確定實驗室安全管理制度和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序（包括實驗和設(shè)備的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序），構(gòu)建完備的實驗室安全管理體系；
2.負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)實驗室安全管理工作，監(jiān)督安全管理制度的實施；
3.負(fù)責(zé)建立完整可行的工作場所安全風(fēng)險評估、預(yù)防、處理和善后機(jī)制；
4.負(fù)責(zé)組建實驗室安全管理團(tuán)隊，并有效領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊的各項工作；
5.確保工作場所的運行符合國家、地方和學(xué)校的安全生產(chǎn)法律法規(guī)和規(guī)章制度。維護(hù)工作場所和設(shè)備的使用，并確保其安全性；
6.為師生的安全設(shè)備提供保障，設(shè)計安全培訓(xùn)計劃并組織員工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。
7.指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督師生的教學(xué)活動和實驗活動，保障其安全性。
8.協(xié)助、監(jiān)督員工和學(xué)生進(jìn)行定期安全檢查。
任職條件
1.擁護(hù)中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，堅持正確的政治方向，熱愛高等教育工作，遵紀(jì)守法，身體健康，具有良好的品行與職業(yè)道德，申請時年齡不超過40周歲。
2.具有化學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科及以上學(xué)位，最高學(xué)歷應(yīng)從國內(nèi)外高水平大學(xué)或研究機(jī)構(gòu)獲得，工作背景和業(yè)績特別突出者可酌情放寬條件。
3.具有不少于3年的合成化學(xué)實驗室工作經(jīng)歷或不少于5年的實驗室安全管理經(jīng)驗，擅長團(tuán)隊管理與協(xié)作；熟悉國內(nèi)外涉化實驗室安全的相關(guān)法律法規(guī)及規(guī)章制度、具有對工作場所可能存在的安全風(fēng)險進(jìn)行評估、預(yù)防、處理和善后的能力者優(yōu)先。
4.具有較強(qiáng)的英文聽說讀寫能力，既能熟練地閱讀英文資料，也能熟練地運用英文進(jìn)行日常工作交流。

Safety Supervisor TJU-NUS Joint Research Institute in Fuzhou
Profile of the Joint Institute
Tianjin University (TJU), National University of Singapore (NUS), the Education Department of Fujian Province and the People's Government of Fuzhou City signed the Agreement for the Establishment of Tianjin University-National University of Singapore Joint Institute in Fuzhou (hereinafter referred to as Joint Institute) on 1 December 2018. Drawing on the strengths and resources of two elite universities, the Joint Institute aspires to be a world-class joint venture driving cutting-edge research, innovation and technology transfer, as well as the cultivation of future-ready top talents. Aligned with China’s national development strategies and the socio-economic development requirements, the Institute has strategic research focus on different areas spread out in three research centers, the Flexible and Emerging Optoelectronics Center, the Advanced Manufacturing Center, and the Energy Materials and Catalysis Center. The Joint Institute currently has 20 PIs (10 from Tianjin University and 10 from National University of Singapore), 7 research scientists, 26 post-doctoral researchers, and 169 doctoral students.
Workplace
Binhai New City, Changle District, Fuzhou City. Training on safety management in relevant schools and departments of National University of Singapore may be arranged after recruitment.

Job responsibilities
?·Formulating laboratory safety management rules and standard operating procedures (including standard operating procedures for experiments and equipment), as well as a complete laboratory safety management system;
?·Guiding the safety management of laboratories and supervision on the implementation of the safety management rules;
?·Establishing a complete and feasible workplace safety risk assessment, prevention, incident reporting and resolution mechanism;
?·Setting up a laboratory safety management team and effectively leading the team’s work;
?·Ensuring that the operation of the workplace complies with all relevant national, local and university safety laws, regulations and rules, and ensuring that the workplace and equipment are safe and well maintained;
?·Ensuring that faculty, staff and students have the access to resources of solving their safety needs, arranging safety training programs and providing work-related safety training;
?·Ensuring that faculty and staff receive adequate safety related training before carrying out activities that may face safety and health risks; in the cases where students carry out these activities, to ensure they have adequate supervision;
?·Assisting and supervising faculty, staff and students to conduct regular safety inspections.
Qualifications
?·Conformity to the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, physically competent to perform job duties with professional ethics and preferably aged below 40;
?·Bachelor degree or above in chemistry with the highest degree obtained from a high-level university or research institution at home or abroad; This requirement may be adjusted as appropriate for those with outstanding performance.
?·No less than 3 years of work experience in synthetic chemistry laboratories or no less than 5 years of experience on laboratory safety management with good team spirit. Candidates familiar with the relevant laws, rules and regulations on the safety of chemical laboratories, and with demonstrated ability to assess, prevent and deal with the safety risks in research institutes and/or university laboratory settings are preferred.
